Constipation worst Parkinson's symptom

If you suffer from Parkinson’s Disease you already know that constipation is one of the worst symptoms of the disease because of all the calcium that has to be ingested every day to keep the bones strong. Parkinson’s sufferers are prone to falling and taking calcium every day is one way to build bone mass and treat it. This sufferer had no problems with bowel movements until she stopped eating goji berries, stopped drinking the juice, and stopped walking and hiking. Today the price was exacted; three hours of hard labor in a hot cubicle dealing with matter. The article is not intended to be distasteful, but the severity of bad constipation has to be emphasized for some people to do something about their condition. Do not read the article if it disturbs you.

Three hours struggling to evacuate

Spending three hours in the bathroom trying to have a bowel movement is not a joke. I had to call the doctor as I thought I was giving birth to rocks. Funny as that may sound it was not funny when I could not release the rocks and my eyes watered up with tears. It was the most uncomfortable three hours I have ever experienced – and I vowed that it will never happen again. I am doing a complete revamp of my grocery list, buying a sack of onions, cutting out chocolate, taking the last of the Persimmons fruit in the store. I would like to tell you what eventually happened, but I don’t think I should – except to say that I managed the matter, learned the importance of lettuce and water and got a real fright. I know that unless I uphold these small sacrifices and drink lots of water, eat apples instead of avocados, stop eating lamb knuckles, cut out crispy rolls, and get my exercise regime together that I will be in intestinal, gastronomical and psychological sh*t.

Lean meat, fish, water and regular exercise

Drink lots of water, eat apples and nuts, stay clear of bananas; some people swear by it and it is healthy and good, but has too much sugar. Sugar and fats are the killers. Cut out bread or anything with gluten, flour and starch. Constipation gets worse the longer you put off eating and drinking the right foods. Get into a regular routine and walk every day. People who have Parkinson’s and move around do a lot better than those who are not active

Carlos Xuma

Carlos Xuma, also known as Carlos Demeco is one of the first dating coaches to emphasize ‘being comfortable with your masculinity’ and constantly upping your game to be more successful with women. Active in the dating advice community since the early 2000s he has produced 40 or more books and courses. With provocative titles such as Alpha Conversation and Persuasion, The Seduction Method, Supreme Self-confidence with Women, and many more titles, he describes himself as being fairly successful with women from an early age. He is a long-time practitioner in martial arts and has attained a black belt.

Books and courses - Carlos went through a bit of a drought in his life and was prompted to research the psychology of attraction and dating and pick-up. Through personal experimentation he learned the ins and outs of successful pick-up, for instance: ‘what makes a man a so-called alpha and what traits attract women on a deep instinctual level?’ With dozens of books under his belt and more to come, he is also the author of The Dating Black Book and How to be Irresistible to Women.

Interesting quotes and advice – Carlos believes that self-confidence is built on self-esteem and that it is one of the most important ingredients for a successful relationship. Men are suffering from the indoctrinations of the past, he believes, and need to move beyond that. He teaches three things which make a man attractive to a woman; self-discipline, confidence, a sense of humor. Being able to laugh is a good trait. A strong woman wants a man who knows more than she does; one who is strong and successful and can take care of her – a man that does not take life too seriously. If she likes his looks, she should approach him and not wait. Here are some of the author’s beliefs for a successful dating relationship:
·         Learn how to build and nurture the sexual tension between you.

·         Feed off the tension and jack it up.
·         Be independent; secure singles do not seek other people’s approval.
·         Do not come off too strong in your opinion.
·         Women are attracted by ambition and power. They like men who are secure and know what they want.
·         Use shock as one of your dating tools and be different. How alive are you willing to be?
·         Don’t rely on memorized routines; be natural. Women can spot if you are a fake.
·         Be real with women and be yourself. If you see an interesting woman, go up to her.

Tangy tomato breedie with basmati a winner

Are you tired of hamburgers and chicken every night? Do you like tomatoes and crave a really new taste bud experience? Here is a hearty recipe with bite just like my mother made. When the slaves arrived in South Africa in the 1600s they brought their own recipes. Tomato breedie is one of them. Cape Town is known as the city of many cultures and recipes abound. Here is one where you can choose either beef or chicken; I prefer lean lamb knuckles which have no fat. This is a real easy meal if you follow the steps below.

Ingredients:

·

·         1 kilo lamb knuckles OR trimmed lamb
·         1 tin tomato paste
·         1 packet of sweet red ripe tomatoes
·         2 finely chopped onions
·         3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed garlic,
·         1 teaspoon salt
·         1 tablespoon sugar
·         2 fat chillies chopped up
·         1-1/2 cups white Basmati rice

Soak Basmati rice in a dish. Wash the lamb knuckles and give a 20 minute medium cook with a half cup of water. This is to soften the meat. Stir the meat often at this point. While this is cooking at medium heat, peal a big onion or two small ones. Cut and chop up the tomatoes. Put one side. Clean four big cloves of garlic and chop up too. Stir the pot frequently so as not to burn the meat. After twenty-minutes add the tomato paste and the chopped-up tomatoes, add one teaspoon of salt, the three tablespoons of sugar and the chopped-chillies and garlic. Add another half cup of water. The meat in the pot should look very red now when you stir.

Slow cook the secret

Turn the stove down to a slow cook. At this point boil the Basmati rice for twenty minutes. Towards the end of the rice cycle open the dish and stir. Put the lid back on the rice, turn the microwave off and leave the rice in the microwave to steam. Check on the breedie. There should be a lot of thick juice in the pot. Add bits of water and slow cook. With a knife check to see if the meat is soft. In all, the process should not take more than an hour from beginning to end. Taste the sauce. Is it sweet and tangy with a bite? If it is, your meal is ready. The recommended way to eat this is to spoon some rice onto your plate, and two or three knuckles with lots of sauce. The sauce should be sour sweet and hot. Tomato breedie is a very popular dish for South Africans in winter. Bon appetit!
